Membership Information

Current membership dues are $20 per year, renewable annually on the date of original application by the member.  Application for membership is available in our membership brochure (can be downloaded below) or at the Front Desk.

Members attending an activity at the center such as playing cards, pool/billiards, mah jongg, that are organized by our own volunteers pay $1 each time they attend. Non-members pay $3 per attendance. Some programs are operated by organizations such as Zumba, Jazzercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Ballroom Dancing, Computer Training, Shuffleboard, etc., who have their own organizational membership fees because they require certified instructors or special equipment that they provide. From that fee, $1 goes to the Senior Center from members, and $3 from non-members. 

                             There are no strangers here—only friends you have yet to meet!

Wickham Park Senior Center is proudly operated by dedicated volunteers, and we’re always looking for helping hands to keep our community thriving. There are many ways to get involved — whether you’d like to greet visitors at the Front Desk, lend a hand in the Kitchen on busy Bingo days, help set up or take down tables and chairs for special events, assist in the Office or IT Department, support our Health Fairs, or work with our Travel Office.

Most volunteer shifts are just once a week for about four hours, and you can choose a morning or afternoon shift, Monday through Saturday.
